COVID cashback for eligible members

We’re making additional give back payments to eligible members at the end of March 2023 – bringing total COVID relief since March 2020 to $98.8 million.

And to clarify a few things:

The give back of COVID-19 savings is legitimate. We understand how you might be on high alert based on recent events but this is in fact real and the payment will be made at the end of March.

All information in the email/letter was accurate as of 23 February 2023. If you have made any changes to your policy since this date it won’t be reflected in the email.

If you believe the direct credit details we have for you are out of date then all you need to do is log into your secure member portal account and update your details.

Payments will be made at the end of March.

Payments can take up to three business days to appear in your account.

To be eligible for the give back of COVID-19 savings you need to have been a Defence Health member for at least 90 days between 1 March 2020 and 30 June 2022.
